Who are you?

You are a junior star with exceptional talent and drive. Maybe you just graduated from college or maybe you’ve been working for a couple of years, but more importantly - you have a passion for sales and business development, and you want to work with highly qualified technology services and people.

The Opportunity

Do you have the drive, entrepreneurial spirit, and motivation to be a part of a rapidly growing Engineering Consultancy? We are looking for the next generation of hungry business development representatives!

You will be given a great degree of freedom and be expected to work proactively and take initiative to deliver results. With support from our senior partners, you will gain exposure to the entire business process, and not be limited to traditional business development roles; you will have the opportunity to be an active participant at all stages. You will work to establish a market presence, source leads in our strategic focus areas, perform active outbound sales, convert leads into opportunities, and, ultimately, into clients. You will continue to work closely with clients after the initial sale, exposing you to the responsibilities of a more senior Account Executive, rather than limiting you to a more traditional Business Development role.

We have an integrated model where sales, delivery, and recruitment work hand in hand. Our organizational structure fosters a culture that emphasizes mentorship and provides a large degree of freedom and responsibility. Your job is to be successful in your role.
